In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To execute the necessary RFx to include requests for information, proposals, quotes, and bids to support the category management team.
  • To oversee the planning and management of end-to-end sourcing events and follow execution to ensure timely completion.
  • To provide insights to the sourcing and category management teams regarding negotiations and potential improvements to future negotiations during sourcing events.
  • To conduct necessary sourcing requirements and report potential timelines and resource adjustments to the Sourcing Supervisor.
  • To assist in building the RFx tools and templates for sourcing execution.
  • To perform digital sourcing requirements and events in Oracle and other procurement systems.
  • To conduct award scenario analysis to supplement the category management and analytics teams’ decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or related courses.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement operations, global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software.
  • Working knowledge of e-procurement tools such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Sourcing Applications, etc.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

  • Advanced course, Master’s Degree, or professional certification in Procurement, Technology, Strategy, and/or Project management is a plus.
