Job Description

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or other allied courses 

  • Required language(s): English, Filipino 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a law firm or legal or compliance department is required for this position.  

 

Required Skills

  • Above average Written and Oral Communications skills 

  • High attention to detail and pro-activeness 

  • Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment 

  • Background in drafting contracts, affidavits, corporate legal documents  

  • Knowledge in SEC Registration, BOI and PEZA compliances 
     

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist lawyers in preparing opinions, drafting responses, organizing documents for the courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and government agencies . 

  • Prepare written reports on the status of the active cases of the company and its clients 

  • Prepares and process legal documents and correspondences: contracts, MOA, affidavits, agreements, deed of assignments, SPAs, Secretary’s Certificates, Board Resolutions, Minutes of the Meetings, Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws, General Information Sheets, and other similar documents deemed necessary by the Company 

  • Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system 

  • Conduct research on laws, regulations and legal articles relevant to the business of the office and its clients 

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing papers and maintaining and organizing reference files 

  • Liaise with different Governmental Agencies such as DOH, SEC, PEZA, DOLE, NLRC, BOI, BIR, BOC, LGUs to secure legal documents, certifications and permits 

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time 

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid set up in Makati City


Salary Package: Earn 36,000 and above
