The Role
• Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customers story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
• Updates customer records based on agreed new promises and next steps.
• Provide daily and weekly updates on collection status and overall developments.
• Recommend areas for improvements in system and process for collections.
The Ideal Candidate
• Candidate must be residing in Dasmarinas, Bacoor, Imus, General Trias, Tanza, Silang, Trece Martires, Gen Mariano Alvarez, Quezon City Manila, Pasig, Taguig, Makati, Marikina, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Rodriguez (Montalban), San Mateo, Cainta, Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu city, Davao City
• Similar field collection experience is required
• Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle
• Computer literate
