In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To work with the project manager in planning and implementing CRM-related projects.
  • To provide business analysis by working with partners and end users to define and refine requirements, support functional and integration testing, training, implementation, end-user rollout, and project completion monitoring.
  • To provide post-go-live support like database maintenance and other operational and administrative activities.
  • To provide training as appropriate.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology, or related courses.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the Business Analysis field supporting Service, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Care organizations.
  • Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud or similar systems (CRMoD, Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote), Microsoft Visio, or any modeling tool.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile, Stage-Gate process, or similar.
  • Knowledgeable in process mapping, modeling, and data mapping.
