In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To serve as a technical focal point for implementing Salesforce configurations—custom fields, page layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • To work with stakeholders to gather detailed requests for improvements, implement these changes as appropriate, and document changes and customizations.
  • To collaborate with our implementation consultants and users for the initial installation and configuration of the system.
  • To provide technical expertise and support to end-users to utilize the system.
  • To conduct data analysis efforts and collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that support business goals.
  • To stay ahead of the latest trends in the field of customer relationship technologies and apply them to improve the performance of the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, or related courses.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in implementing and supporting any CRM technology.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce software configuration.
  • Strong business insights with the ability to relate them to the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
