ABOUT THE EVENT

In this event, we invite you to join us in the advocacy for inclusion. This intends to provide a platform for various rightsholder groups who are commonly marginalized in our society to be their own voices and share their narratives. The event will include an art exhibit and dialogues to facilitate meaningful discussions on the advocacies of the invited rightsholder groups.

 

Another highlight of the event is the INCLUCIETY (Inclusive Society) Card Game as an innovative way of sparking conversations on inclusion through a tabletop experience. This provides a simulation of the lived experiences of the rightsholder groups to the game players and facilitates meaningful discussions.

 

This event is spearheaded by Voice and YGOAL through Linking and Learning and will be showcased in different areas in the Philippines.

Enter the world of the rightsholders who are commonly marginalized and vulnerable. Be aware of your feelings and thoughts as you dive into the art pieces articulating their lived experiences and their advocacies for inclusion. This is a collection co-created by rightsholder groups and Filipino artists.

A Game of Building an Inclusive Society

Join the inclusive play zone! Let the game begin! Engage with us and let us have an active conversation! This is an innovative way of sparking conversations on inclusion through a tabletop experience. This provides a simulation of the life of rightsholders and empowers the players to take the power to re-imagine a world that is for all.

SOCIAL CONVERSATIONS

Engage in deep conversations with our fellow rightsholders! Get to know them and join them in the advocacy of widening the space for representation and participation. 

YGOAL

YGOAL is the Linking and Learning Facilitator in the Philippines. YGOAL is a social enterprise providing consultancy services specializing in program development, training and development, and impact assessment. We envision becoming a partner of choice in addressing partner needs through high-impact programs with sustained results.

 

As our mission, we continuously provide customized and relevant programs with measurable outcomes for individuals and organizations. With this, we ensure to support youth organizations to be sustainable through our social mission program.

VOICE

VOICE is a program supporting rightsholder groups facing marginalization. It operates in a context where civic space and power are shifting at a fast pace and often closing rather than opening. The program intends to uplift the most vulnerable sectors of society through empowerment, influence, and amplification. Voice is implemented in ten countries in Africa and Asia.

LINK and LEARN

Voice’s Linking and Learning (L&L) component is a space that encourages the sharing of lessons learned and provides a forum for mutual learning and empowerment of the rightsholder groups. It is where the puzzle-piecing of these stories happens, creating a bigger, more inclusive picture where no one is left behind.

 

Aside from forming a community, L&L bridges partnerships and linkages among inclusion champions and stakeholders to explore collaborations on inclusion advocacy. It aims to deepen not only awareness but the participation in creating inclusive spaces.
