YGOAL’s core team has expertise in leadership, youth development, education, entrepreneurship, program management, civic engagement, community organizing, and digital literacy. The organization is backed by a 100-strong professional consultant pool of diverse expertise to ensure the provision of distinct quality services to its clientele.
As a social enterprise, YGOAL’s services allow it to fulfill its social mission by providing small grants, empowerment sessions, mentoring clinics, and advocacy immersions to youth and youth-serving organizations.

Xcruit is a job site that was established in the Philippines in late 2018, eyeing an identity that is distinct from any other job site. About Project Connect
Project Connect is an initiative of Xcruit and YGOAL that offers schools and other institutions a year-round career development program powered by the Xcruit platform.
