Job Summary:

TRNGPH is seeking a Junior HR Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling client accounts, actively promoting our services, and managing inquiries. This position requires flexibility to work remotely and on-site, ensuring seamless client engagement and service delivery. The candidate must have a reliable computer and internet connection for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Handle assigned client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Business Development: Actively promote TRNGPH’s services to potential clients and identify business opportunities.

  • Inquiry Handling: Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Consulting Support: Assist in delivering HR and organizational development solutions to clients.

  • Training Coordination: Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.

  • On-Site Engagements: Attend client meetings and events as needed.

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide documentation and reports related to HR consulting projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, Training, Consulting, or a related role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and virtual collaboration tools.

  • Willingness to travel for on-site work when required.  

  • Willing to report to Tagaytay City, Cavite, and in Metro Manila

  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
